How do we guarantee the successful outcome for our clients’ applications?

Some of our potential customers are asking us how do we guarantee the successful outcome of their applications. How can we guarantee that they will get a visa D, a residence permit, Bulgarian citizenship, etc.

Illegal guarantees

The short answer is – we don’t guarantee anything like that. Any such guarantee would be an empty promise and is basically – illegal!

It would be completely illegal to guarantee the result of an application that is to be approved or rejected by the state authorities! A “guarantee” can only be provided about things that depend entirely and directly on the issuer of such “guarantee”! We do not issue visas, nor do we approve citizenship applications – that is the responsibility of the relevant state authorities and the Bulgarian President.

You should thing logically – how can we guarantee that the Bulgarian authorities will approve your application? Any application? Anything at all? Are we even allowed to guarantee anything that is to be approved by someone else?

Giving guarantees vs working for a fee based on success

In certain cases we may give some alternative to a “guarantee”. This is when we accept to work for a fee, based on success only.

These cases are when the order is in excess of 500 000 EUR or if the client is a member of the VD&A Gold Club

This means the we will only charge a fee if the client’s application is approved. And this fee will be payable after the client’s application has been approved. No better “guarantee” can exist than paying only when everything is approved, right?

We may charge some small upfront fee to cover basic administrative costs, with the remaining fee paid only if the application is successful. Working on a “fee based on success” is very different than “giving a guarantee” though. The first is taking or sharing the risk, while guaranteeing anything that is to be approved by the authorities is illegal.

Only scammers will guarantee you a 100% successful application

Watch out for offers that guarantee you successful outcome of your application. Such offers are likely to be a bait for you to part with your money and are basically a scam. In any case, such promises, even if not intended to deceive, are false and empty words that mean nothing.
