Bulgarian short stay visa C
We provide full service to non-EU foreigners to obtain Bulgarian short term (non-immigration) visa type C. The issuance of this visa is regulated by the Bulgarian Foreigners Law, more specifically in art. 9a, par. 1, p. 3. According to the law:
A short stay visa may be issued to a foreigner who intends to transit through the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or to stay on its territory for a short period of up to 90 days within each 180-day period.
Art. 14, par. 1 of the Bulgarian Foreigners Law
The short stay visa can be valid for up to 5 years and issued for single, double or multiple entries.
As from 31.03.2024, Bulgarian short term visa is also considered as a Schengen visa and is good for travel to all Schengen member states.

Appealing rejected visa C
We also assist foreigners, who have been rejected for visa C in order to successfully appeal the rejections. If the refused visa C is not successfully appealed, the chances of obtaining another type of Bulgarian or Schengen visa in future will be significantly reduced.
