Extremely long waiting times at Migration offices in Bulgaria
Due to the consistently high demand and operational conditions at migration offices, applicants often face extremely long waiting times. In many cases an arrival is required as early as 4:00 AM in order to secure a place in the queue.
Starting 01 July 2026, our company will offer an Assisted Attendance Service for clients who require in-person submission or administrative presence at migration authorities.
This service is designed for clients who prefer to avoid time loss, uncertainty, and physical waiting in queues. A member of our team will attend the migration office on behalf of or together with the client, ensuring proper procedural handling and efficient completion of the required administrative steps.
Paid service
Please note that this service is offered as an optional, separately billed add-on, reflecting the significant time commitment and logistical coordination involved. Our goal is to provide a higher level of comfort, efficiency, and procedural reliability in situations where in-person attendance at migration authorities is required.
Free for VD&A Gold Club members
The service will be provided at no cost for members of the VD&A Gold Club, as well as in some other exceptional cases.
