Our turnkey immigration and citizenship services
We are publishing this overview because many clients regularly ask what exactly our services include. The immigration process can be confusing, so we want to explain clearly how we assist and what “turnkey support” means when working with us. Please note that while we mainly provide turnkey services (full support), this is not always the case. In some instances, we only offer partial assistance. This article applies only when full support has been agreed upon.
We provide complete, end-to-end assistance in the immigration field: visas, visa D, residence permits and Bulgarian citizenship. Our goal is to make the entire process smooth, predictable and fully managed so clients avoid mistakes, delays and refusals.
What our services include
Consultation and planning
We evaluate each client’s situation, determine the best legal route, review eligibility, discuss risks and outline all steps and timelines.
Document preparation assistance
We assist fully with collecting, preparing and organising of the required documents. This includes preparation of documents, guidance on obtaining foreign certificates, apostilles, legalisation, certified translations, drafting other supporting documents and ensuring everything meets Bulgarian legal requirements. Please note that there are certain documents that can be only collected or prepared by the client, in which case our assistance is limited to providing legal guidance.
Interaction with authorities
This is the heart of our service. We communicate with all institutions involved: Embassies, consulates, Migration Directorate, regional police departments, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, prosecutor’s office, municipalities, notaries, banks and others.
It is very important that the authorities know the client is supported by well known professionals. This leads to clearer communication, fewer mistakes, quicker responses and more predictable processing. Our involvement ensures that each file is handled correctly from the very first submission.
Most importantly, the authorities know our lawyers will challenge any unjustified refusal, which makes them more cautious before rejecting a case.
Monitoring deadlines and status
We track all deadlines including visas, residence cards, citizenship applications and required submissions. Monitoring is essential because if a refusal occurs, strict time limits apply for appealing the decision in court. By following the status closely, we ensure that no opportunity for appeal is lost and every legal deadline is observed. We follow up with authorities regularly, check progress and make sure nothing is missed. Our office is also authorised to receive all communication between the client and the authorities, which is essential for every application.
Visa C and visa D applications
We assist with preparing complete visa application packages. Clients receive assistance in preparing proper proof of finances, accommodation, insurance and purpose of stay. We may assist with arranging consular appointments and follow up on the status of the application.
Residence permits
For long-term or permanent residence, we assist with the preparation and submission of the application, insurance, bank documentation and address registration. We monitor the file until the residence card is issued.
Bulgarian citizenship
We provide full assistance throughout the citizenship process. This includes eligibility assessment, document collection, preparation of application packages, submission to the Ministry of Justice or the Bulgarian embassy, interview guidance, follow-ups and support with the final documents once approved.
Local support
We assist with address registration, obtaining a personal number, opening a bank account, insurance and general orientation after arrival, when required.
