At the conference, our representative explained the advantages of the “Bulgarian citizenship by investment program”. He drew the attention of the audience to the investment opportunities the program offers, the fact that there are no requirements for real estate purchase, eliminating thereby the high brokerage and notary fees and even the VAT where applicable. The advantages of holding Bulgarian passport are unquestionable, allowing free movement and working within the EU and visa free travel to about 145 countries worldwide. Additional advantage of the Bulgarian program, that was explained by our lecturer, was the good performance of the Bulgarian companies listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, which combined with the solid credit rating of Bulgaria, in case the investment is made in government bonds, would make the applicant’s portfolio both safe and profitable.

It was also explained the difference between the residence permits in Bulgaria, the advantages of obtaining permanent residency rather than a temporary one and our view on the new bill for “Amendment of the Law for Foreigners in the Republic Of Bulgaria”.

During the event we were able to make valuable contacts and sign different contracts for cooperation. We would like to sincerely thank the organizers of the conference, the international media company ZAGRANITSA INTERNATIONAL MEDIA GROUP LLP for their valuable support and the perfect organization of the event.
